The 46th Annual Andouille Festival  Music and Food Line-Up

St. John the Baptist Parish – The 46th Annual Andouille Festival presented by Marathon Petroleum Company, LP committee announces the 20 food vendors, 8 sweet vendors, 23 craft vendors and 13 main stage entertainers selected to participate in this year’s festival. The festival is set to take place October 18 – 20, 2019 at the Thomas F. Daley Memorial Park, 2900 Highway 51 in LaPlace. 

 

Food vendors highlight the festival namesake, Andouille, in their dishes as well as local cuisine and festival favorites. Vendors will have a wide range of andouille-based dishes including crawfish & andouille balls, andouille pasta, fried crab with andouille sauce, gumbo, jambalaya and andouille po boys. The festival will also feature other Louisiana festival favorites such as crawfish bisque, smothered okra, boiled seafood, fried ribs, jacked up shrimp, crawfish balls, hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos and more. New to this year is an entire section just for sweets which features banana pudding, pralines, petit fours, pond cakes, brownies, cookies, rice crispy treats, pop corn balls, pies to name a few.  View complete food list here. 

 

Attendees can browse the wide array of craft vendors which will be selling jewelry, wood carvings, scarfs, décor, wreaths, t-shirts, paintings, purses and other items. View complete craft list here.

 

Live entertainment for the festival includes Keith Frank and the Soileau Zydeco Band, The Bucktown All- Stars, Harold Warren and Innervision Band, Amanda Shaw, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, the Topcats, Dat Band and more. View the complete music lineup here.

 

Festival posters and ride bracelets are currently available for sale at the St. John Parish Economic Development Department, Matherne’s Supermarket in LaPlace, Don's Country Store and Greg's Supermarket in Reserve. Save money on rides by purchasing a weekend ride pass in advance for $60.00 which includes unlimited ride access throughout the entire festival weekend. The all weekend pass will be $75.00 at the gate. Advanced Day Ride Tickets will be $25.00 in stores and $30.00 at the gate. “Plan for your weekend right here at home and enjoy what the St. John the Baptist Parish Andouille Festival has to offer, the third weekend in October.”
